Software Design and Development

We excel in designing and developing systems from the ground up. We also have significant experience maintaining and enhancing Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) and Government off the Shelf (GOTS) products, as well as open source software in a cloud environment. IT Support Services

Help Desk Services

FedPoint provides Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 help desk services for managing large-scale back office applications, desktop applications, LAN/WAN and interactive voice response networks. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Food & Drug Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement currently utilize FedPoint to manage their infrastructure and mission critical applications.


PMO Services

Our Project Management Office (PMO) services are based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) project management principles, which are used to assist our clients in standardizing and following project management best-practices. The PMO reports on project activities to executive management as a strategic tool in keeping implementers and decision makers moving toward consistent, mission-focused goals and objectives.


Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) Services

Our IV&V services are an extension of the program management and systems engineering teams. IV&V seeks to identify objective data and conclusions about software quality, performance, and schedule compliance for the development organization. We act an independent voice to help development organizations build quality into their software during the software life cycle.


Training and Documentation

FedPoint offers state of the art training services, including classroom, webinar, and computer-based curriculum. We also produce training manuals, user manuals, quick reference guides and other instructional materials, all of which are Section 508 compliant.
